Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for a part-time night shift to secure and manage operations on customer construction sites. You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries, while supporting customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires in-person site work, flexible hours, and the ability to travel to multiple job sites across the United States. Strong English communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure, including early mornings and longer hours.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Adaptable and proactive in taking on additional responsibilities to support customers and the Sitemetric team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance for entrants; coordinate with client and Sitemetric team.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are issued and scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries, creating written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control duties, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc access control tasks for one-time or ongoing client needs.
