Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and direct authorized individuals to locations.
• Issue, collect, and document access credentials, keys, and temporary passes per procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of access points, premises, and construction areas to deter unauthorized activity.
