Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (FT: Night) in Wytheville, VA to help manage site access across customer construction sites. You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, deliveries, and on-site support, working with senior leadership to safeguard operations and improve the customer experience.

This field-based, shift-based role requires in-person work, travel across the United States may be required, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance for entrants and exits.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
