Sitemetric LLC seeks an Access Control Officer to join our field team in San Antonio, TX. You will manage worker registration, badges, parking, visitors, and deliveries, while supporting customers and field operations on construction sites.

The role requires flexibility for shift-based hours, travel, and compliance with TOPS guard requirements. Strong English communication and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience under pressure.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Valid Texas Guard Card (TOPS) or ability to obtain one.
• Detail oriented with professionalism in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and maintain site security per client requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure all personnel have badges and are scanned for identity and headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and enforce parking policy across areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries, create logs for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support customers with one-time and ongoing access control needs.
