The General Hospital Corporation is seeking a Unit Coordinator for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Boston. The role supports clinicians, coordinates patient admissions, discharges and transfers, and ensures timely, accurate documentation in the EMR while delivering courteous service to families.
The position is onsite at 273 Charles Street, involves 40 hours per week with evening shifts (3:00pm–11:30pm) and a rotating schedule.

The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) provides specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns requiring advanced medical treatment and continuous monitoring. Our dedicated team delivers exceptional, family-centered care in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, supporting infants through some of their most vulnerable moments. Staff in the NICU work alongside a multidisciplinary team to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and families while utilizing advanced technology and evidence-based practices to achieve the best possible outcomes.
