• 2 Years Of Previous NICU Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical care respecting diverse backgrounds.
