Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Licensed as an RCP by IPLA and NBRC RRT certification are required.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience and NICU Level III experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Respiratory Care department, including clinical functions, budgeting and quality improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with JCAHO and state boards; maintain accreditation standards.
• Lead staffing plans and provide on-boarding and staff development.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet financial targets and patient care quality goals.
• Drive process improvements and KPI achievement across respiratory services.

Education

Associate of Science Degree in Respiratory Care

Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Healthcare Administration

Master's Degree (preferred)

Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in Indiana

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) NBRC
