Premier Health's Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH seeks a Neonatal Registered Respiratory Therapist – NICU RRT–I to provide respiratory care in the Level III NICU, including assessments, treatments, and airway management for high-risk deliveries. The role interfaces with the neonatal care team to ensure excellence in patient and family experience.

The position requires an associate degree, Ohio license as a Respiratory Therapist, NBRC credential, BLS, and NRP within 30 days, plus 1–3 years'

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Associate degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent.
• Valid Ohio Respiratory Care License and NBRC credential.
• BLS; NRP within 30 days of hire; 1–3 years in neonatal/critical care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide neonatal respiratory assessment, treatments and education.
• Perform airway management and assist with intubation in the Level III NICU.
• Resuscitation, stabilization and consultation with neonatal team.
