Qualifications

• Must have neonatal/pediatrics experience and leadership skills.
• Requires RRT credential and Ohio RCP license.
• Experience supervising teams in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adds value as a management team member and aligns with business strategy.
• Supervises staff, coaches, trains, develops, and manages performance.
• Manages department budget and expenditure controls.
• Oversees delivery of patient care on assigned units 24 hours.
• Provides direction for development and evaluation of respiratory care staff.
• Maintains unit operations with support services.
• Supports research, evidence-based practice and education initiatives.
• Participates in committees and professional development activities.
• Ensures care for patients across age groups with safety and family involvement.
• Performs other duties as required.
