Memorial Healthcare System seeks an experienced Respiratory Therapy supervisor to manage daily Cardiopulmonary staff and ensure delivery of high-quality care. The role involves directing staff, coordinating shift coverage, and mentoring team members across ED, Trauma and Critical Care areas.

Qualified candidates will have an Accredited Respiratory Therapy program, NBRC eligibility or active credentials, and ACLS/BLS certifications. NICU/PALS credentials are highly preferred to support NICU teams.

Qualifications

• Accredited Respiratory Therapy program required.
• Three years of related experience preferred.
• NBRC certification preferred, ongoing credential maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily staff activities for cardiopulmonary services.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and protocols.
• Provide direction, orientation, training and mentoring to staff.
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Lead handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
