Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees unit functions during the shift. Collaborating with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serving as a resource and role model aligned with our mission and values.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with admissions and discharges to ensure efficient, quality care.
• Assessing and improving the quality of patient care services.
• Fostering teamwork and supporting a patient-first philosophy.
• Engaging in service recovery and staff training.
• Participating in staff scheduling and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of start date.
• NTD Cardiac Stable Module within 18 months.
• Neonate Resuscitate certification within 60 months.
• STABLE certification within 18 months.
• Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree or higher.
