Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees unit functions during shifts. Collaborating with management, the CNC directs nursing care, supports staff, and models our values to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with admissions and discharges to optimize patient flow and care quality.
  • Participate in evaluating the quality of care provided.
  • Foster teamwork and support service improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in service recovery and patient-first philosophy.
  • Support nursing strategies to improve engagement and staff satisfaction.
  • Contribute to staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage staff scheduling and resource inventory.
Qualifications:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment.
  • NTD Cardiac Stable Module within 18 months.
  • Neonate Resuscitate within 60 months.
  • STABLE certification within 18 months.
  • Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree or higher.
