Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees unit functions during their shift. Collaborating with management, the CNC monitors nursing care, supports staff, and models our organization's values to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput.
• Assessing and improving the quality of patient care services.
• Fostering teamwork and supporting a patient-first philosophy.
• Participating in service recovery and engagement initiatives.
• Assisting in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and resource management.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (must obtain within 30 days)
• NTD Cardiac Stable Module (within 18 months)
• Neonate Resuscitate (within 60 months)
• STABLE (within 18 months)
• Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree
