Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, overseeing nursing functions during assigned shifts. Collaborating with management, the CNC monitors and evaluates care, supports staff, and upholds the organization’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient admission and discharge processes to optimize throughput and care quality.
• Participate in assessing and improving the quality of care provided.
• Promote teamwork and support service recovery efforts.
• Implement nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement and patient experience.
• Contribute to hiring, training, and evaluating staff; manage staff scheduling and resource inventory.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 60 months.
• STABLE certification within 18 months.
• Registered Nurse license and an Associate Degree or higher.
