Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions during the shift. In collaboration with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and models our organizational values to support an exceptional patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with admission and discharge processes for efficient patient throughput
• Participating in quality assessments of patient care
• Collaborating to create a teamwork environment
• Supporting a patient-first approach and service recovery
• Implementing nursing strategies to improve engagement
• Recommending and supporting staff hiring, training, and development
• Managing staff scheduling and labor costs
• Overseeing supply and equipment inventory

Qualifications required:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (must obtain within 30 days)
• NTD Cardiac Stable Module (within 18 months)
• Neonate Resuscitate (within 60 months)
• STABLE (within 18 months)
• Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree
