Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree with extensive engineering experience.
• U.S. citizenship and a current Secret clearance are required.
• Experience with NH&S design, analysis and testing is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead NH&S design support for C&L BU, guiding a 10–15 member team.
• Coordinate NH&S analysis for facilities, infrastructure, and C2 systems.
• Review deliverables: test plans/reports, design analyses, verification methods.
• Report status to Program Managers and government customer.
• Develop and standardize practices and tools across programs.
• Provide career development and performance management for engineers.

Connaissances

Bachelors in STEM

8+ years related exp

US Citizenship with Secret clearance

SAP approval ability

US Government contractor experience

Formal management experience

NH&S test/design/analysis skills
