Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks an Engineering Manager 2 for the SDS Launch Systems Support Equipment team in Roy, UT. The role combines functional leadership with program responsibilities, guiding engineers and coordinating with suppliers to meet requirements.

You will oversee design reviews, EVMS reporting, and cross-IPT collaboration while fostering a culture of growth and accountability. A US citizen with a Secret clearance and strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• US citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with equipment development for aerospace programs and requirements analysis.
