Morgan Stanley is seeking a Governance & Oversight Specialist in the U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk group. This role focuses on governance, oversight and execution of core NFR programs, and reports to the Banks NFR Program Governance and Execution Team.

Transition of the Dallas location is noted with in-person interviews required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in risk or process/project management within financial services, plus strong PowerPoint and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years demonstrated experience in financial services, risk or process/project management.
• Ability to produce high-quality, error-free deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organization and time management; handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide governance reporting support, including monthly, quarterly and ad hoc materials for senior management and regulators.
• Assist regulatory exam and audit management by gathering responses and drafting materials.
• Organize audit and exam materials and document departmental processes.
• Create and maintain trackers and record-keeping systems.
