Job summary

The candidate should have a bachelor’s in Finance or Risk Management, 3–5 years in risk, and strong Office skills, with experience in AI tools and workflow automation. Base pay ranges between $85,000 and $115,000 per year.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Risk Management or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of work experience in risk management or related fields.
  • Advanced Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
  • Hands-on experience with GPT, Claude, Copilot and AI workflow tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of key U.S. Banks' programs, including tolerance measurement scorecards and metrics reporting.
  • Prepare and coordinate development and monitoring of Annual Operational Risk and Compliance plans.
  • Coordinate governance activities across risk committees, working groups, and forums, including materials and reporting.
  • Coordinate and support ad hoc requests, conducting analysis and projects related to Non-Financial Risk governance.
