Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Dallas seeks a Vice President-level Non-Financial Risk Coverage Officer to partner with stakeholders across the firm's three lines of defense, overseeing regulatory and franchise risk in the U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk group.

You will lead end-to-end risk assessments, design reporting for governance committees, support NPAs/SMA reviews, and drive NFRA programs and 1LOD challenges while building strong cross-division relationships. In-person interviews required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• CRCM certification and/or MBA/JD desired.
• 8+ years in Non-Financial Risk or related role.
• 6+ years in compliance/regulatory experience with financial services knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with U.S. Bank business units to shape risk perspective for consumer lending and deposits & cash management.
• Coordinate responses to risk management activities across the organization and governance committees.
• Design reporting and present assessment results to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead due diligence for NPAs and SMA proposals and support NFRA program oversight.
• Provide review and challenge over 1LOD activities and contribute to risk-based metrics.
