Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in financial services or risk consulting
• Experience with enterprise risk programs and control assessments

Responsibilities

• Lead NFRA program execution and governance across the 1st and 2nd line of defense
• Identify, assess, and document non-financial risks and controls
• Perform independent QA on risk assessments and drive remediation
• Analyze risk data, produce reports for senior management and governance forums
• Collaborate with Operational Risk, Compliance, Financial Crimes, Technology and other teams
• Drive continuous improvement of risk and control programs using data analytics
• Oversee local NFRA team leadership and escalation support
