Reporting to the Head of Policies and Procedures, you will partner with SMEs, translate regulatory changes into policy language, and manage multiple high-priority assignments in a fast-paced environment. In-person interviews required; location will transition to Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and editing policies and procedures.
• Ability to translate regulatory changes into clear policy language.
• Experience with risk governance frameworks is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and update Bank Non-Financial Risk policies and procedures.
• Research regulatory changes and translate them into policy updates.
• Support policy standards and annual review planning.
• Submit documents for review, track timelines and manage changes.
• Maintain consistency in style and terminology across policies.
• Prepare materials for quarterly governance committees.
