Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Digital Employee Experience Engineer (DEX) with deep Nexthink expertise. You will engineer, automate, and integrate Nexthink across a large enterprise to improve digital employee experiences.

Ideal candidates combine hands-on Nexthink engineering with scripting and automation skills, and can design scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role supports a fully remote US-based work location and requires US citizenship.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years hands-on administering, engineering Nexthink Infinity.
  • 10+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and EUC environments.
  • Proven experience scaling Nexthink in large enterprise environments (>10k endpoints).

Responsibilities

  • Engineer, administer, and optimize Nexthink Infinity platform components (Collectors, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, Remote Actions, RBAC).
  • Design and develop automated remediation workflows and self-healing capabilities.
  • Design and implement integrations between Nexthink and ServiceNow, Intune/SCCM, Moveworks, and other ITSM tools.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into device health, performance, and employee experience.
  • Create reusable automation frameworks and improve operational efficiency.
