Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Digital Employee Experience Engineer (DEX) to advance Nexthink engineering across a large enterprise. The role combines platform engineering, automation, and enterprise integrations to improve telemetry-driven employee experiences. Location is remote (US-based).

Citizenship required. You will lead Nexthink platform administration, design automation, develop self-healing workflows, and build integrations with ServiceNow, Intune/SCCM, Moveworks, Microsoft 365, and Splunk,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Nexthink administration, engineering, and support.
• 10+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, EUC, and endpoint engineering.
• Proven experience scaling Nexthink in large enterprises (10,000+ endpoints).

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, and optimize NexthinkInfinity platform and related components.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and data integrity.
• Lead platform upgrades, governance, and standardization.
• Design automated remediation workflows and self-healing solutions.
• Develop integrations with ServiceNow, Intune/SCCM, Moveworks, MS 365, and Splunk.
• Develop dashboards and reports to show DXE value and trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize DEX insights.
