Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Digital Employee Experience Engineer (DEX) with Nexthink expertise to engineer, automate, and integrate the Nexthink platform across a large enterprise. This hands-on role focuses on operationalizing telemetry and user-experience data to drive measurable outcomes for the digital workplace.

Remote US-based position with responsibilities spanning platform engineering, automation, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, security, and service management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience administering, engineering, and supporting the Nexthink Infinity platform.
• 10+ years experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, EUC, and/or endpoint environments.
• Proven experience implementing and scaling Nexthink in large enterprise environments supporting 10,000+ endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform, including Collectors, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, and RBAC.
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, performance, security, and data integrity.
• Lead platform upgrades, feature adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation for remediation and self-healing workflows.
• Design and implement integrations between Nexthink and ServiceNow, Intune/SCCM, Moveworks, and other ITSM tools.
• Create dashboards and analytics to expose device health, app performance, and user experience trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize DEX insights and remediation workflows.
