Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with 3+ years Nexthink experience.
• Strong Nexthink capabilities in architecture, investigations, campaigns, and dashboards.
• Experience integrating Nexthink with ITSM and automation platforms.
• Proficient in PowerShell and enterprise automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Nexthink solutions aligned to business and IT objectives.
• Design and develop Nexthink Investigations, Campaigns, Remote Actions, and dashboards.
• Build automation and self-healing use cases to improve employee experience and reduce incident volumes.
• Drive proactive monitoring and data-driven insights for End User Services environments.
• Integrate Nexthink with ITSM and automation platforms such as ServiceNow, PowerShell, Aisera, and Microsoft technologies.
• Define DEX metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices for Nexthink adoption.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Workplace Services, Infrastructure, and Security teams to identify automation opportunities.
