  • Develop Remote Actions using PowerShell.
  • Build workflows using Nexthink Flow.
  • Create NQL queries.
  • Integrate Nexthink with Intune, M365, APIs, and IT systems.
  • Partner with endpoint and operations teams.
  • Evaluate new Nexthink features and drive platform evolution.

Device Experience Platform Engineer - Nexthink

The Device Experience Platform Engineer is responsible for the administration, development, and continuous optimization of the Nexthink platform to improve enterprise Digital Employee Experience (DEX). This role partners closely with Endpoint, Workplace, and IT Operations teams to transform device telemetry into actionable insights, proactive remediations, and automated workflows that improve device reliability, performance, and end-user satisfaction. This is a hands‑on engineering role requiring deep Nexthink expertise, strong scripting and automation skills, and the ability to translate experience data into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nexthink Platform Administration & Governance:
    • Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform, including configuration, upgrades, feature onboarding, and governance.
    • Own platform health, data quality, and reliability.
    • Establish standards and protocols.
  • Digital Experience Analytics & Insights:
    • Analyze telemetry, DEX scores, and sentiment data.
    • Build dashboards and reports.
    • Track key performance indicators and trends.
  • Nexthink Development & Automation:
    • Develop Remote Actions using PowerShell.
    • Build workflows using Nexthink Flow.
    • Create NQL queries.
  • Integration & Engineering Enablement:
    • Integrate Nexthink with Intune, M365, APIs, and IT systems.
    • Partner with endpoint and operations teams.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Evaluate new Nexthink features and drive platform evolution.
Required Qualifications

Expected Pay Range

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $115,200 -- $218,650 annually. In California, the pay range for this position is $151,000 - $218,650.
