Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a Nexthink Engineer in Columbus, Ohio, to deploy, configure, and optimize the Nexthink platform. This role focuses on driving digital employee experience improvements and actionable insights across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Nexthink platform, strong Windows and AD knowledge, and expertise in PowerShell scripting. Collaborative skills and the ability to analyze device data effectively are also crucial to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain the Nexthink platform, Agents, and Collectors.
• Integrate Nexthink with AD, SSO, Jira/ServiceNow, Amplify, Chatbots, and other tools.
• Create dashboards, alerts, campaigns, remote actions, and reports.
• Analyze device and application data; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell; support Windows and AD environments.
• Collaborate with IT teams, provide training, and drive process improvements.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders; stay current with best practices.
