Job summary

Nexthink, the leader in Digital Employee Experience, seeks a Professional Services Consultant to join a fast-growing team in the US. You will work directly with enterprise customers, learning from experienced colleagues and shaping how Nexthink solves real business problems with technology.

You will participate in workshops, design use cases, and guide customers through adoption, while building technical depth in DEX concepts and endpoint analytics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on equipment and end-user computing familiarity
• 1–2 years IT/technical support or related experience

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand challenges and define Nexthink solutions
• Lead workshops and consulting sessions to build trust with customers
• Translate needs into actionable use cases and designs
• Configure Nexthink solutions and build dashboards and alerts
• Analyze endpoint data to derive insights and optimize outcomes
• Document configurations for knowledge transfer and future support
• Collaborate with teammates and mentors to grow technical depth
