Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Senior Engineer for a fully remote role across the United States. The candidate will bring deep Nexthink expertise, engineering mindset, and strong automation skills to turn telemetry into scalable improvements in enterprise-scale employee experience.

You will own Nexthink platform engineering, develop self-healing workflows, build dashboards, and design integrations with ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM, and Splunk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/engineering
• 5+ years administering, engineering, and supporting Nexthink Infinity
• 10+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and EUC environments
• Proven Nexthink deployment at scale (10,000+ endpoints)
• Strong scripting and automation: PowerShell required; Bash preferred
• Experience with Intune, SCCM, Jamf, and Microsoft 365
• Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow, Moveworks, or similar platforms
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills to drive enterprise improvements

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Nexthink Infinity platform (collectors, dashboards, campaigns)
• Ensure platform stability, security, and data integrity
• Own upgrades, adoption, and documentation/playbooks
• Develop automation and self-healing workflows
• Design integrations with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM, Splunk)
• Build dashboards and reports for device health, performance, sentiment
• Translate telemetry into actionable IT/business recommendations
• Collaborate across engineering/operations to operationalize insights
