Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Digital Employee Experience Engineer to drive Nexthink-based platform engineering, automation, and enterprise integrations for a remote US-wide role. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Nexthink administration, engineering and support.
• Experience with EUC, endpoint engineering, and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficient in scripting and automation for remediation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Nexthink Infinity platform, including collectors, dashboards, and access controls.
• Develop automation and self-healing workflows for endpoint health and performance.
• Design integrations between Nexthink and enterprise platforms via APIs and automation tools.
• Create analytics dashboards and campaigns to monitor digital employee experience.
