Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience in Endpoint Management, advanced skills in PowerShell and Nexthink, and a strong focus on proactive solutions. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, with an opportunity to significantly impact the customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management or Digital Experience Management.
• Strong hands-on Nexthink experience including analytics, dashboards, and automation.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation expertise.

Mansioni

• Build and manage automated Nexthink remediation workflows.
• Reduce support tickets and MTTR through proactive endpoint automation.
• Develop dashboards reporting on experience KPIs and SLA performance.
