Job summary

Nexthink is seeking a DEXOps Architect to transform how enterprises operate their IT infrastructure by embedding DEXOps into core workflows. You will be partnered with customer IT leadership to identify, design, and deliver operational improvements that yield measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes ownership of workflows, quarterly health reviews, and collaboration with Product and Sales to align Nexthink platform capabilities with client needs.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in IT operations, IT service management, IT strategy, or related enterprise IT leadership roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT operating models, process redesign, and organisational change management.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and securing buy-in from IT executives and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify embedded workflows that drive real operational change and secure executive sponsorship.
• Execute structured quarterly customer health reviews with IT leadership and map dependencies.
• Develop domain expertise in IT operating models and coordinate with Product and Sales to align platform capabilities.
