Responsibilities

• Operate as the main Pastor of Student Ministry.
• Develop a strong team of leaders to carry the weight of student and young adult ministry.
• Create culture of authenticity and value where students feel safe, real, open to share.
• Grow the number of students and families reached on Monday evenings and beyond.
• Oversight of Kids Ministry in conjunction with the Kids Ministry Pastor and volunteers.
• Communicate clearly with the next generation and their parents.
• Create environments for people to grow together as a team outside of the church.
