Job summary

Westbury Baptist Church in Houston seeks a NextGen Minister to lead children’s and student ministries with vision and relational leadership. You’ll work to develop teams, foster discipleship, and create inviting environments for youth and families to encounter the gospel.

You will partner with the Senior Pastor, empower volunteers, and build strategic plans for spiritual formation while engaging our diverse community and families in meaningful, Christ-centered growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree accepted; Master's preferred.
• Experience leading children's and student ministries is valued.

• Develop and implement strategic ministry plans for spiritual formation

As we step into a new season of growth, we are seeking a NextGen Minister who will help lead the next generation into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

We’re looking for a visionary, relational leader with a missional heartbeat—someone who loves reaching students and families, developing leaders, and creating environments where children, youth, and young adults can encounter the gospel, grow as disciples, and find authentic community.

In this role, you will:
