Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a NextGen Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and adoption of ADP payroll and HR solutions for mid-sized clients. You will build relationships and tailor ADP technologies to client needs.

You will work in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment with strong training and mentorship to support your growth and success.

Collaboration with sales and customer service teams ensures seamless handoffs and ongoing client satisfaction across geographies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required or equivalent.
• Basic project management skills are preferred.
• Overtime hours may be required during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients. Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies. Analyze current systems and business processes to deliver solutions.
• Partner Internally. Collaborate with sales and customer service on client projects.
• Multi-Task - Communicate. Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and share updates with clients and teams.
• Organize. Maintain a daily schedule and handle high volume inbound calls.
