Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification or obtain upon offer.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays.
• Entry-level experience in healthcare is welcome but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform newborn hearing screens and educate parents on results.
• Evaluate readiness and collect data for each baby.
• Document results and ensure timely data entry and reporting.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisor and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
• Maintain PPE, safety protocols, and patient education during screenings.
