Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician to perform hospital-based hearing screens for newborns. You will ensure accurate data collection, provide parent education, and follow safety and compliance protocols during each shift.

This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, including annual American Academy of Audiology certification, and the chance to contribute to early detection of hearing loss and timely intervention across multiple hospital locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain it after offer.
• Flexibility to work weekends and national holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform newborn hearing screens and educate parents on screening relevance.
• Gather demographics, document results, and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow PPE, vaccination and compliance protocols and notify supervisor of issues.
• Schedule outpatient follow-ups for refer babies when needed.
