Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician to perform hospital-based hearing screens for newborns.

On-site at St Rose Dominican Hospital - Siena Campus, you will help identify early hearing loss and educate families about the importance of follow-up and intervention. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training with annual American Academy of Audiology certification, flexible weekend shifts, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required

Responsabilités

• Perform newborn hearing screens and provide education to parents.
• Ensure screen readiness and collect data for each baby.
• Upload screen results and ensure accurate documentation.
• Schedule outpatient follow-up for refer babies when needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow safety protocols.
