Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking an energetic outside sales professional for the New York metro area. You will manage accounts and develop new prospects in fluid control and related products.

The role requires a 4-year degree (or equivalent) and 1+ years of field sales experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel and training are expected as part of regional growth efforts.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of field sales/outside sales and account management experience.
• Experience in industrial sales focused on fluid control, filtration, handling products preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solidify and grow relationships with key customers.
• Identify and win new prospects from current clients and referrals.
• Educate customers on products and applications; assist in product selection and training.
• Submit a weekly sales call plan to the Regional Sales Manager (min 5 calls/day).
• Document customer contact and activities in ACS (min 3 times/week).
• Coordinate with Inside Sales and RSM on territory strategy and issue resolution.
• Improve product and sales knowledge; maintain professional appearance and conduct.
