Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions in New York City and surrounding areas seeks a driven outside sales professional to manage a fluid control product portfolio and key accounts. You will develop territories, identify prospects, present solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to win new business.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in field sales, a 4-year degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of field sales/outside sales and account management experience.
• 4-year college degree OR equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a sales team effort.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solidify and further develop relationships with key customers.
• Identify and sell new prospects from current clients, referrals, and other sources.
• Update customers' knowledge of products/applications and provide training.
• Submit a weekly sales call plan with a goal of at least 5 calls per day.
• Document all customer contact and sales activities.
• Communicate with Inside Sales, RSM and team on territory strategy and issues.
