Job summary

Viant Technology is seeking an Account Executive to evangelize our Viant DSP in the New York metro area, focusing on Dentsu holdco and its agencies. You will be a hunter, driving new business while expanding the client base and negotiating long-term contracts.

The role requires excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration to help clients navigate the evolving media landscape and leverage Viant’s data services to grow their business.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience as a programmatic/ad tech seller with ad agencies, specifically Dentsu, in the NY metro area.
• Strong understanding and enthusiasm about the latest in digital media, ad tech, data targeting, platform sales, programmatic, and optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Curate a rallying, leading presence of the overall sales team to inspire action in team meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities with Dentsu agencies in the New York metro area.
• Consult with clients to uncover marketing objectives and align our solutions to deliver against those goals.
• Generate high-volume sales activity including cold calls, meetings, presentations, and proposals; meet/exceed revenue quota.
