Grogan’s Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. You will build relationships with customers, present new vehicles, and guide them through the purchase and delivery process while maintaining post-sale relationships.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the willingness to learn about Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram offerings.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive and positive attitude.
• Comfortable making outbound prospecting and follow-up calls.
• Ability to learn vehicle technology, features, and product information.
• Basic computer skills and ability to effectively use CRM and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally and build rapport.
• Conduct needs assessment to determine vehicle requirements and ownership goals.
• Present and demo vehicles, conduct test drives.
• Follow the road-to-the-sale process and involve management when needed.
• Coordinate with Finance & Insurance for a smooth delivery.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads and prospects.
