• Generate and follow up on internet, phone, and showroom leads daily.
• Prospect for new business through referrals and community networking.
• Maintain CRM activity and document customer interactions.
• Follow the dealership's sales process from contact to delivery.
• Collaborate with sales managers to maximize satisfaction and profitability.
• Present financing and protection products before introducing Finance.
• Introduce customers to management during the sales process.
• Follow up after delivery to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Stay knowledgeable on inventory, pricing, and competition.
