Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support KPI creation and financial measures to evaluate new unit performance.
• Perform pre- and post-opening financial modeling and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into clear analytics solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy across reporting outputs.
• Support planning and forecasting cycles for leadership.
• Assist leadership in evaluating potential new sites with real estate analytics.
• Prepare presentation materials for executive meetings.
• Manage the pipeline of new development projects.
