Crunch Fitness is seeking a Business Insights Analyst in New York, NY. The role partners with the VP of Business Insights & Analytics to turn business questions into actionable analysis, combining data from members, clubs, and market sources to inform strategy.

You will work across executive reporting, performance analysis, financial modeling, and AI-enabled analytics, with a focus on membership growth, retention, pricing, real estate, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years in analytics, FP&A, strategy or related fields.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or Domo).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilités

• Executive Reporting: Support daily, weekly, monthly, and recurring executive reporting.
• Performance Analysis: Deep-dive analyses across membership, retention, and ancillary services.
• Reporting Infrastructure & Data Integrity: Develop scalable reporting infrastructure and validate data.
• Pricing & Real Estate Modeling: Support pricing strategy and site-selection methodologies.
• AI-Enabled Analysis: Build AI-driven analytical workflows and evaluate AI outputs.
