You will partner with Marketing, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale data science solutions in a hybrid in-office role in Boston, MA or Hampton, NH.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field required with strong academic record.
• 3+ years hands-on experience deploying data science for marketing solutions.
• Proven ability to develop predictive models for LTV, segmentation, and CRM.
• Solid understanding of A/B tests, incrementality, causal inference, and attribution.
• Experience with modern cloud analytics platforms and data engineering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops predictive and prescriptive models for member acquisition, retention, LTV, segmentation, and marketing optimization.
• Designs scalable, production-ready analytics solutions embedded in marketing decision processes.
• Translates complex outputs into actionable recommendations for Marketing and leadership.
• Evaluates model performance and iterates using agile product development practices.
• Designs experiments including A/B testing and incrementality studies; analyses measurement methods.
• Creates frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness and customer behavior.
• Supports forecasting, scenario analysis, and optimization via advanced analytics.
