National Fitness Partners in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights, supporting strategic decisions and financial discipline across the organization.

You will design scalable BI solutions, build dashboards in Sigma, Power BI, and other platforms, develop ETL pipelines and data models, and partner with Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, IT, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, CS, or related field.
• 3–7+ years in BI, data analytics, or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and querying.
• Proficiency with Python for data prep and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Translate data from finance, operations, HR, marketing into actionable outputs.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc KPI reports and analyses.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and forecasting.
