Planet Fitness, a leading fitness franchise, seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst in Philadelphia, PA on-site. You will translate data into dashboards, reports, and models to support strategic decisions, financial discipline, and operations.

Work with Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, IT and leadership to define KPIs, build scalable pipelines, and enable data-driven insights across the organization. Strong SQL and Python skills, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled analytics experience are

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years in BI, analytics, data engineering, or related role.
• Strong SQL skills for extraction, transformation and optimization.
• Experience with Python for data prep, automation, and analysis.
• Experience with BI visualization tools and data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, IT and leadership to translate questions into analytics.
• Validate data accuracy and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
