Responsibilities include customizing HR workflows, supporting integrations, and delivering user training with robust documentation. Collaboration with global teams is expected in a remote-first culture.

Qualificações

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize workflows, roles, permissions, templates, and reports in HR systems.
• Support integrations between Talent Applications and other business systems.
• Provide user support, training, and maintain system documentation.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, or similar HR software configuration.
• Understanding of HR processes, API logic, and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• Intermediate+ English and fluent Ukrainian or Russian for stakeholder communication.
